Billing Plan:-

 -All the signups of our site will go through a rigorous fraud detection process. At the time of signup the given information is cross-check by our department. This is done to create that  account, these account holder is alert of what they have buy as also the fact that the signup has been made with their knowledge.  

1. Payments:- 

-The charges are shown in ££.. Payments are to be made in this.

-We have monthly, Quarterly, semi-annual & annual payments. We have different billing for different plans in which the shared hosting plan can paid bi-annually.

- We accept the copy of the receipt of the payment. Customers have to scan the receipt of the same & email this @ hostyourspace.co.uk. These accounts would be setup after receiving the copy of the bank / wire transfer receipt. Through the bank transfer the accounts can be paid, those setups only after we get confirmation of the payment.  

 - All the accounts have the extra period of 5 days; the service of web hosting is delayed on 6th day. An email can be send to the customers to inform them about the hosting service being suspended.

- We permit up to fifteen days later than the account has been suspended for the renewal to be paid. The account is expires once this period of 15 days is over. There are no any conditions for a backup providing to the client.

-  The customer can free to cancel the service and claims, for that we provide 30-day money back assurance period. But charges of domain transfer, charges of domain registration and dedicated servers are not come under period of 30-days. 

 - All other characteristics that included to an account are charged as per the Billing Cycle. The additional items are non refundable. The refund does not cover the followings:

·         Licensed Software

·         Advanced Networking Facility

·         High Speed 24X7 Internet Connections

·         Firewall Protection

·         Latest Anti-Viruses with continuous updates

·         24X7 Power Back-up

 - If the domain registration is failed, we will restore the domain name for customer.  Yet it should come to the time when the domain has already been pushed into the rescue period then you will be responsible for the onetime payment of rescue fee & the renewal charges of the domain to renew your domain.

 

3. Information of Billing:-

-Customer can update their billing information from the Members Area. If in case you do not have the access to change for some of the information, the changes would be done in 24 hours after receiving your problem from billing department. Sometimes it may become useful for us to contact our customers regarding their account status. If the information provided to us is not recent, it can lead to a failure to receive notices. Customers are individually responsible for keeping all personal and billing information current at all times. As a result of a customer s failure to respond to our notices for that we are not responsible for actions that are taken.

 -At any point of time, in cases where compensation has to be given for not having been able to give the services assurance on the website. The amount would not be more than 30days hosting fees.

 

 4. Money Back Guarantee (30-day money back guarantee period):-

 5. Charge Back:-

 -Hostyourspace.co.uk does not gives charge backs to its commercial accounts and contracts with VISA and MASTERCARD International, and it’s discover financial services. It is not mentioned for Initial charge back so the clients can satisfies with the plans of billing and accepts the terms and conditions which outlined in the document.

 - At the time of the order to wholeheartedly fight a charge back and argument, Hostyourspace.co.uk will use this details and customers contract

 -In any arguments charge back attempts will instantly result in suspension of the web hosting account and another charge will be applied the customer’s credit card under the same authorization number. Any customer, who gives a credit card charge back in response to a bill and order placed at Hostyourspace.co.uk, will be subject to collections and legal action. Charge backs are never a suitable means of getting a refund. By organizing an account you are bound by these terms and conditions and must follow and agree to them.

 - Accounts can be expires due to any breach in hosting, breach of TOS & AUP are not allowed to any type of refund what-so-ever. At the occurrences where hostyourspace.co.uk has had to delete or terminate accounts due to objections on copy-right violations, the complaints of internet watchdog would also not be allowed for any refund in any way.
